THE DETAILS
Privacy Policy
This policy describes the tools and pages supplied by MegaGuide. It distinguishes local draft processing from ordinary website operation.
Tool inputs are local
The six tools process fields in JavaScript on your device. Their forms do not send your guide, checklist, topic list, review answers or notes to a server. They do not call a remote calculation or writing service. No tool-input database is created. Do not enter personal, sensitive or confidential information simply because the processing is local.
No persistent draft storage
The tools do not write inputs to cookies, local storage, session storage or browser databases. The active worksheet is kept in page memory. Reset clears it, and the tools clear their active form and result when you leave the page. Reloading starts a new worksheet. They provide no account history, autosave, import or recovery service.
Saved and printed copies
Choosing Save result deliberately creates a text file that can persist on your device. Printing can produce a paper copy, PDF, print spool or file managed by a printer provider. These copies may contain everything you entered in nonblank fields. You control how they are shared, stored and deleted; clearing the active tool does not delete them.
Ordinary hosting information
Loading a webpage normally sends your IP address, requested URL, browser headers, time and possibly a referring page to the host or delivery provider. Those providers can retain access and security logs under the operator’s arrangements. Tool values are not added to request URLs or submitted by these forms. The operator must disclose its actual providers and retention periods where required.
WordPress and independent services
This plugin adds no analytics, advertising, remote fonts or third-party embeds. WordPress, your theme, a security plugin, hosting platform, consent tool or an independently installed analytics service can have separate data practices. Administrator sign-in may use WordPress cookies. Audit those components independently; this local-tool promise does not describe them.
Contact messages and requests
This package contains no contact submission form. Consult Contact for the current availability of a verified support channel. If the operator publishes email contact, messages will be handled by that provider, not by the local guide tools. Avoid sending private drafts. The operator should disclose the provider, retention and applicable access or deletion request process.
Your choices and rights
Use Reset or leave the page to clear the active worksheet. Manage downloaded text files, PDFs, print copies, browser history and any unrelated site cookies yourself. There is no server-side tool draft to retrieve or delete. Rights concerning hosting logs or contact messages depend on the operator, provider and applicable law; consult the published contact channel for those requests.
Policy scope and updates
The site operator is responsible for keeping this notice aligned with the real hosting configuration, any added services and the operator’s legal obligations. Recheck the policy if new features are introduced. This package does not provide a substitute for jurisdiction-specific privacy advice.
