YOUR WORKING DRAFT

From your notes to a useful structure.

Complete the fields and choose Build result. Your inputs stay in this browser tab.

Behind the result - No mystery in the method

You mark 12 editorial criteria as met, needs work, not reviewed or not applicable. The tool counts each status and lists the next actions for the criteria that need work or remain unreviewed. Progress is assessed criteria divided by applicable criteria. The met percentage is met divided by assessed criteria.

“Assessed” means met plus needs work. Applicable criteria exclude not-applicable items but include unreviewed ones. Percentages are rounded to whole numbers. If nothing is assessed there is no met percentage; if every item is not applicable there is no applicable progress percentage. An incomplete review is explicitly labelled provisional. These are self-reported checks, not an automated audit of your guide.

This tool does not publish a guide, does not fetch live data, and does not store data on a server. Blank optional fields are omitted. Text is displayed literally, not interpreted as HTML. Nothing is researched, fact-checked or submitted on your behalf.

Processing happens in the current browser tab. Reset clears the fields and result; reloading or leaving clears the active worksheet too. Print and Save result deliberately create a copy outside the tool, which you are responsible for storing, sharing and deleting.

Before you go

Does the review tool read my actual guide?

No. There is no document upload or automatic text analysis. You assess each editorial criterion yourself and the result organizes those answers.

Why is the percentage provisional?

When applicable criteria are still not reviewed, the met percentage covers only the criteria you have assessed. The output shows progress separately so a partial review cannot be mistaken for a completed pass.

Does 100% mean my guide is safe or compliant?

No. It means every criterion you assessed was marked met. It is not legal, technical, accessibility or safety certification. All-not-applicable responses produce no success score.

Is my guide published here?

No. Generating a result does not publish, upload, email or submit it anywhere. Publishing a guide is a separate action you take outside this tool.

Can I share or print the result?

Yes. Generate the result, then choose Print result or Save result (.txt). Your browser may offer Save as PDF in its print dialog. Review private details before sharing any copy.

Does the site store my guide?

These tools send no input to a server and use no cookies, local storage or session storage for drafts. Reset, reload or leaving the page clears the active worksheet. Saved or printed copies remain under your control. Hosting logs and unrelated WordPress services are separate; see Privacy Policy.
